Civil War Soldiers Museum
Founded in 1991, the Civil War Soldiers Museum exhibits the private collection of a local physician who began collecting as a boy near the Antietam Battlefield. With over 4,200 square feet of exhibits the museum invites you to explore our nation's rich history.

Fort Pickens
Located in Gulf Islands National Seashore, Fort Pickens is the same place where the famous Apache Geronimo was imprisoned in the late 1800s. Built in the 1820s to defend threats on American Independence, Fort Pickens, was later used for the Civil War, the Spanish-American War, World War I and World War II. The Fort Pickens area now offers a museum, a campground, a wilderness area, hiking trails, and other amenities.

Gulfarium
Live marine shows and a variety of animal exhibits amuse visitors of all ages. Tropical Birds that talk, a Shark Moat, and Dolphins that enjoy being petted are just a few of the attractions that are offered. The live shows run every two hours and all shows have covered seating. Hours vary on a seasonal basis so plan on calling ahead.

Gulf Breeze Zoo
Home to more than 700 wild, domesticated, and endangered animals; the Zoo offers daily shows, lush botanical gardens, and special programs such as youth day camps and Zoo snooze, an overnight campout in the wild. Walking trips and Safari Line Train Rides allow you to explore the 30 acres of free-roaming animals in their natural habitat.

Historic Pensacola Village
Home to the Museum of Commerce, the Museum of Industry, the T.T. Wentworth, Jr. Florida State Museum, and many historic homes the village is a museum operation of West Florida Historic Preservation, Inc. The Village consists of twenty properties in the Pensacola National Register Historic District.

National Museum of Naval Aviation
Tracing the history of wooden planes to the Skylab module, the National Museum also boasts flight simulators and informal tours led by retired aviators with first-hand experience. Adjacent to the museum the IMAX theatre shows big-screen aviation films designed to make you feel like you're in the cockpit.

Pensacola Greyhound Park
With high-speed action-packed greyhound racing, a fully enclosed, climate controlled Kennel Club, lounge, or Grandstand, Pensacola Greyhound offers non-stop excitement. Live and instant replay television and rail side seating make sure you get a close-up look.

Pensacola Light
The Oldest lighthouse site on the Gulf Coast, Pensacola light was built in 1824. The tower stands 171 feet and is located on a hill giving Pensacola a plane of 210 feet. Located on the Pensacola Naval Air Station, Pensacola light is open to the public and the grounds are accessible for a lighthouse visit.

T. T. Wentworth Jr. Florida State Museum
Dedicated as a Florida State Museum in 1988, the T.T. Wentworth is home to a variety of exhibits. West Florida History, Architecture, and Archaeology as well as the collection of T.T. Wentworth are displayed throughout this elaborate Renaissance Revival building.

Sam's Fun City
Recently named "Best New Family Fun park in the USA!" by the Leisure and Entertainment Industry, Sam's Fun City offers family fun for all ages. Laser tag, indoor rides, over 130 arcade games, and super realistic simulators make this a delightful experience and for water fun, check out the Surf City Water Park with Wave Pool, bumper boats, and Master Blaster. Open on weekends only.

Wall South and Veterans Memorial Park
Dedicated on October 24, 1992, Wall South is the only permanent Veterans Memorial outside of the capital to list the names of all 58, 217 Americans killed or missing in Southeast Asia. Veterans Memorial Park is home to this memorial as well as several other memorial statues and Vietnam tributes.

Wildlife Sanctuary of Northwest Florida
The Wildlife Sanctuary works to provide appropriate care to injured and orphaned indigenous wildlife. Although, the primary objective is rehabilitation and release they currently provide a sanctuary for over 100 non-releasable animals.
